THE ECUADORIANSOURSOP

In Ecuador, four types of soursop varieties born by seeds are grown, which are classified into three general groups based on their sweet, semi-acid and semi-sweet taste.

All varieties are grown between 0 and 500 meters above sea level.

Producing, growing and exporting soursop generates 2.461 jobs nationwide.

Currently around 10.213 tons of soursop are produced.

The main export markets are the countries of the European Union and Asia.
